Our limited private label chronographs series
On the base of Valjoux 7733 caliber 14''' This is the first series we realized in only 5 numbered pieces. All parts are new old stock (NOS) from around the sixties. Our wish was to give to the movement a high quality finish, even on hidden parts. Thus all the brass parts have been decorated and rhodium plated. Steel parts have been hand treated. All wheels have been flashed with gold in order to obtain a given uniformity in colours. The housing case is in steel with mineral glass at the back. The logo on dial is an applied piece of gold plated brass, with engraved then black painted name.
First serial on the base of Landeron 248 13 3/4 ''' caliber This typically fifties-shaped chronograph was produced after the base of Landeron caliber. Considering the new old stock origin of the movements, we first decided to let them in their original condition. All parts including hands, dial, and luminous material are original. We absolutely wanted to preserve the original character of this chronograph. 10 pieces where assembled, all numbered. The small hole on the case back was a choice to conserve the original inscriptions. Movement is visible through a 1 mm thick saphir glass.
Second and third serials on the base of Landeron 248 13 3/4''' caliber The two first pictures show a Landeron 248 caliber in its original condition. The three followings shots illustrate the finish we gave to it. In the same philosophy brought to the Valjoux 7733, we wanted to highlight its shapes and components. The famous "Côtes de Genève" decoration has been applied, screws have been treated in blue. We have used this high finish movement for 7 numbered chronographs in steel case, and for few "special dedicated editions" in the previous gold plated case, with different dials.
